Somun
is a special type of bread with a very narrow geographical origin.
It's a festive bread of the people of Sarajevo, and certain other
regions of Bosnia, where it has generally inherited texture
differences. No one can tell which of the verity is better,
however the Crepes Galore ones are unique and scrumptious. Have
one, and you will be on it for life :-) |
