| We
recently received a suggestion to create a common "seating"
area
at 700 North Brand. A place where tenants could interact, have a cup
of coffee or a soda. A rest area away from the office. Considering there is really no
such place on the property, we would like your opinions on where this
area should be, and if we need it at all. |

BUILDING MASSEUSE ... OR NOT? |
| In a course
of a tiring day a good massage would survey us well! Well, if you agree
then say so! We have an opportunity to bring in a professional masseuse
to the building to give massages of different kind to the tenants in
their own Suites! Respond to the survey and if there is enough interest
we will cal her in and make necessary arrangements for weekly, or even daily
visits.
